Our new headquarters is taking shape

It was a historic moment for the SYNCRAFT team. On May 25, the groundbreaking ceremony for our new headquarters was held in Schwaz. On an area of about 4800 m² we are constructing a new office and factory building. With the new building, not far from our current headquarters in Schwaz, we will create new space for up to 100 employees.

The new operations building will host Power Plant Construction, Research & Development, Administration, Aftersales, Automation and Gas Engine Service. Completion is scheduled for July 2024.

In December, the shell and the roofs were completed and the topping-out ceremony was held. The new SYNCRAFT building will be constructed with solid wood and state-of-the-art technology. It will be highly energy-efficient and operated without fossil heating technologies. Impressive climate concrete elements will be used for the construction for the first time ever in Tyrol. As a leader in bioenergy, we want to demonstrate how eco-friendly concrete can be used as an effective CO2 sink by adding vegetable biochar for long-term carbon storage.
